Chattha Technologies ("we", "us", "our") provides enterprise AI, cloud, security, and IT consulting services. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

When you submit the contact form, we collect the information you provide: your name, work email, company, service of interest, and project details. When you request fuel-price alerts, we store your email address and the confirmation, subscription, unsubscribe, and delivery-suppression state needed to operate those alerts. We do not require account creation and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Like most websites, our hosting and form-processing providers may automatically log standard technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and diagnostic purposes.

We use the information you submit solely to respond to your consultation request, scope potential engagements, verify requested fuel-alert subscriptions, and send alerts when fuel prices actually change. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

The website is hosted by Vercel, subscriber records are stored in Turso, and consultation messages, subscription confirmations, and requested price alerts are delivered through Brevo as our authenticated transactional email provider.

We retain consultation request emails for as long as reasonably necessary to respond and maintain business records. Active subscriber records remain while alerts are requested. Unsubscribe and delivery-suppression records may be retained as needed to ensure we do not send unwanted email.

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information you've submitted to us at any time by emailing the address below. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
